Our Valuations service represents a distinctive offering to both Institutional clients and companies directly involved in the energy industry, extending from macro- or industry-level modelling to specific enterprise- or asset- level modelling. We apply our broad experience and knowledge from industry/ strategic research with comprehensive analysis of technical and financial assumptions/ variables to provide a balanced, clear, well-informed assessment of value and risk. Our financial modelling is based on international best practice, resulting in strength of model architecture, whilst delivering the flexibility to modify assumptions and sensitivities and tailor the presentation of the model and outputs in a clear and concise form to meet client specific requirements. Our analysis is based on detailed discounted cash flow models for each asset which is ultimately consolidated to provide a whole of company perspective. The combination of independent strategic, technical, operational and financial analysis enables us to deliver projections which are both rigorous and prudent.
